- Billing and payment information when you subscribe to a plan (processed securely through our payment processors).

- Caller phone numbers and appointment details submitted during AI-assisted interactions.
- Scheduling data synced with third-party calendar and booking platforms.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our AI receptionist and booking services.
- Configure and train your AI agent to accurately represent your business.
- Process demo requests, onboarding, and subscription management.

AI Call Processing & Recordings
MTech Agents provides an AI-powered voice receptionist that answers calls on behalf of our Client businesses. By using our service, Clients agree to comply with all applicable call-recording and consent laws in their jurisdiction.
Call recording notice: Many jurisdictions require that callers be informed when a call is being recorded. Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate disclosures are made to their callers. We recommend including a verbal disclosure at the start of each call.
- Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and used to improve agent performance and provide call logs to our Clients.
- End User data collected during calls (name, contact info, appointment details) is made available to the applicable Client business.
- We retain call data for the period specified in your service agreement, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
- Client account data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and up to 90 days after account closure.
- Call recordings and transcripts are retained per the terms of the applicable service plan, typically 30–180 days.
- Website analytics data is retained in aggregate or anonymized form.

Security
